about
This site is a daybook of photography and stories and stuff, just for fun. Most of my photographs are made using 120 rollfilm in old vintage cameras like Rolleiflex and folding Ensign Selfix. I like using traditional black and white films and developing with PMK pyro. It seems like the older I get, the more I like older things. Of course, none of the photography here would be visible without using at least some modern technology. Images are digitized from original film negatives using xsane and a flatbed scanner. Scans are then treated to a little image processing with the gimp for sizing, dust removal, and toning. What else would you like to know? Your email is welcome: vitaly@copperisle.com |
