At any daylight hour in any village in all of Togo, you may be sure to hear the "toot-toot" horn of the Fan Milk man, somewhere nearby. He sells frozen ice cream treats and other dairy delights from his bicycle-mounted cooler.

It is an amazing feat of low-tech, grassroots distribution.
