From Menaggio we took a daytrip by bus to nearby Lake Lugano in Switzerland. There a steep funicular carried us up up up to these spectacular views of the Lake and surrounding Alps.

Here Teshka hoists her first prosecco, a delicious fresh and sparkling Italian wine. After that, our regular minimum ration was one bottle per day.
